Giclee Prints:
A giclee print is the truest quality print available presently. The special process
of minute drops of archival ink allow for a no visible dot screen pattern.
Printed on archival watercolor paper, an accurate reflection of the luminous
nature of watercolor washes may be achieved. With proper manipulation the print
image is able to reflect the subtle tonalities of the original.Both watercolor
and giclee are susceptible to sun and moisture damage. As much as possible,
direct sunlight and moisture laden environments should be avoided in the hanging
of watercolors
or giclees. |
