Elizabeth ("Beth") V.

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity

Elizabeth’s passion for alternative forms of healing began with her
interests in art and philosophy. After studying these subjects UCSC,
Elizabeth attended Cypress Health Institute for massage. Her education
includes Polarity, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Esalen Massage. Elizabeth
has learned from Larry Bernstein and Jay Negron, and continues to
further her education as a graduate student in Counseling Psychology
at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Elizabeth’s massage
favors slow deep/focused work, along with subtle energetic techniques
that tend to create a deep, dreamy effect.
