Cancellations

We respectfully require that you provide us with 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests.  

Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, we cannot fill that appointment time. This means our other clients miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, we require credit card information and payment to be provided and processed at the time of booking as you will be charged the full amount for the service related to your late canceled appointment.


Prenatal Massage Requirements

Yes! We perform Certified Prenatal Massage by request only. We must be informed prior to your reservation if you require a prenatal massage in order to ensure that we can take care of you - as a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist must be on site to perform this for you.

Important: We require our guests to consult with their primary care provider before visiting our Spa if you need a Certified Prenatal Massage. We also require that you must be in your 2nd Trimester or later before visiting us for a Certified Prenatal Massage or else we will not be able to perform this for you.

*Specific gender requests for all of our massage packages is unavailable at this time!


Safety & Wellness Policy

No Phone Zone! The Tea House Spa is intended to be a retreat focusing on wellness. Our services are offered for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. Our priority is the safety and wellness of our guests and employees. Please turn off your cellphone before entering the spa in order to enhance your experience and to create a peaceful environment for everybody. Wi-Fi is unavailable at the Tea House Spa at this time.

Our facility is strictly for ages 18+ only!

*Due to ongoing global health concerns, we have added an extra 30 minutes at the end of each reservation for our team to complete deep cleaning procedures after each guest. Please note that this additional time is NOT extra time, but rather a crucial extension for our team to maintain our highest standards of cleanliness and safety ! We kindly request that all guests adhere to our 10-minute warning bell for check-out. If guests exceed this time and it interferes with our cleaning procedures, we may be forced to levy a fine to compensate for any delay incurred. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis, but we seek your cooperation to minimize disruptions to our cleaning operations.

Loud music, loud conversations, conduct in which results in bodily fluids or soaps compromising water quality, smoking, vaping, open wounds, sexual conduct or the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants is unacceptable at all times and will result in a minimum fine of $100 for our Disruptive/Cleaning Fine Policy.  Intoxicated or disruptive guests, and others presenting any type of safety hazard to themselves, or our employees will be refused service and charged a $100 fee per violation. Guests engaging in such activity or any other activity that disturbs other guests or staff will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged the full appointment price, plus a minimum of $100 per violation!


Late Arrivals Policy

We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. 

However, we ask that you call to inform us if this occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you.  Our appointments are scheduled in such a way to minimize guest contact due to COVID-19 and to provide you with focused attention on your experience. 

For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your appointment so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.
